  I rent all the time from all the major companies. I had one experience here and if I rent again and have a different experience I'll update this. Compared to other locations this place is clean, the staff are nice and it all seems professionall. My complaints are a 40 minute wait and no options for vehicles. Overall seems like a decent location and good people. I'm rating based on my experience.

  Wow Alex u really truly did ur big one for me thank you so much!!! From the bottom of my heart u made me satisfied and happy with dealing with issues on south 27th st u made it right even tho it was not ur responsibility to put me in another car but yet you guys did I absolutely am so grateful for you guys thanks so much Glendale !!

  Maddie was so helpful! I come here at least twice a month for travel on the behalf of work and each time I’m nervous because there are always new faces. However everyone is always very helpful and make sure i get that i need. All the staff at the Glendale location is always great. This last time Maddie went above and beyond to help me with my rental. The website was showing sold out so my company was not able to book for me. I took it upon myself to call the location and was told that they had some cars available and they weren’t sure why all locations were showing sold out. I was going to just pay for the rental myself and ask my computer reimbursement later, however Maddie went the extra mile to ensure i was able to book straight through the company and not have to worry about all the work to get reimbursed. I am pleased with this location as always.

  Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else; Enterprise isn't what it used to be. They won't have the car you reserved. The first location didn't and this one said they couldn't guarantee it, even with a reservation. Sounds like the WORST system for a car rental place! How don't you have a system in place to make sure people have the car they reserve?! Might want to try out some of the new AI they got. I'm sure my 14-year-old could help you come up with something. Do better. Maybe pay more and you won't have to hire the worst of the worst. Customer service absolutely terrible. It's like they think you don't have any other choice so they can talk to you however. They got the right one today.

  We have had good service and vehicles from Enterprise many times. But this last rental was disappointing. Reservation online was not found at the office we went to rent from. No suitable vehicle available - we were looking for a minivan, or a standard SUV. Told to come back the next day. Came back the next day and we were given a compact SUV, and told nothing else available. Offered insurance without disclosure. If we had known it would double the cost of the rental, we would not have taken it.
