  Awesome customer service- very happy with my experience. Kind and courteous staff. Gavin, Aiden, and Jake were there both visits, and dealing with customers that can only be described as disrespectful. They were calm and handled the situation very well. Appreciated being shown the basic features of the vehicle, and the above and beyond service that I received. Will use again- thank you! Noel

  This is my second time renting a vehicle, I must say the rental and return went flawless. The team was wonderful, Courteous and friendly. I will most definitely rent again. Here's a picture from the mountains of TN

  Every single time I come into this location, and I mean EVERYTIME, they keep downgrading my vehicle and/or make me wait over and hour or two before they bring in another. I was suppose to be on the road by 9:30a and now there is no telling when I will be heading out! I freaking HATE going to Enterprise. Enterprises use to be my favorite rental company but after continuously being disappointed by this Glendale location, I will NEVER come here again

  I had arranged a car rental with them because I was getting service done on my vehicle nearby. Called and arranged everything ahead of time. Enterprise was suppose to pick me up at the shop to take me to their place to pick up my rental but they were late and the car they provided smelt like drugs and wasnt very clean. I happen to use my vehicle for work and using that vehicle they provided puts me at risk of getting fired. So I was very stressed out. They made me feel as if because the people who cleaned the car didnt smell anything that it didnt exsist or i was exaggerating. At that point trying to have the issue resolved with a different vehicle I asked them to see if there was another enterprise closer to my home instead of going back 40 minutes that would be able to help. They put me in touch with their West Bend location. That location provided WAY better service WAY better conversation and a better vehicle for the issue. This location not so great. The customer service wasnt terrible or rude just not as accomadating as you would expect in this situation.
