  We are very very disappointed in the quality of the rental. The first vehicle they were going to give us was a lot smaller and wouldn’t work for my family. They upgraded to another vehicle. This vehicle was in very rough shape. Dents all over the outside of it, smelled of cigarette smoke inside, every seat was stained, cigarette burns in the passenger seat and floor mat, the door handles had a filthy coating of what looked like a dirty rag wiped them down, the screen to view the back up camera and control the radio, etc also had the residue on it. The tires are in need of replacing and not a lot of tread on them. Is in need of an oil change soon. Doesn’t anyone check the vehicles inside and out before renting them?

  I made the mistake of trying a cheaper rental. I normally just rent from Germantown Enterprise but found a cheaper rate, well it did not work out when I went to pick up my rental from Budget they told me they did not have a van and to check back 9 hours later or next day. I called Germantown Enterprise who said they did not have a van, but would run to the airport and have one within a hour. An hour later we were on our way for vacation. I won't go to any other rental company again.
