Had to use them twice, both times they were late. Then they didn't have the vehicle and I had to wait hour

Easy rental process. Friendly agents. Had to replace the wipers on our car. We told the agent when returning the car and without hassle we were promptly paid back. Overall a great experience.

We are very very disappointed in the quality of the rental. The first vehicle they were going to give us was a lot smaller and wouldn’t work for my family. They upgraded to another vehicle. This vehicle was in very rough shape. Dents all over the outside of it, smelled of cigarette smoke inside, every seat was stained, cigarette burns in the passenger seat and floor mat, the door handles had a filthy coating of what looked like a dirty rag wiped them down, the screen to view the back up camera and control the radio, etc also had the residue on it. The tires are in need of replacing and not a lot of tread on them. Is in need of an oil change soon. Doesn’t anyone check the vehicles inside and out before renting them?
