- GGGlen Glass4 days ago5.0I just visited the Pilot here and received excellent service. Sheltie waited on me and she was great - professional- fast and Friendly. Also I had some interaction with Cassy and she was great ! I recommend this pilot truck stop to anyone coming thru that area. They have a side for cars and it's a great safe place to get gas !! - JJJayMay 12, 20261.0The worst and rude and unprofessional staff. Pump malfunction in the middle of filling a fuel tank,first start to shoot air mixture and than nothing, no fuel coming out. I go inside and tell them that pump is broken,and they telling me that I have to prepay inside and to tell them exactly ammount how much I need to finish the filling the tank. I tell them that I used 3 different cards pump opens but no fuel coming out. It seems they don't understand even if I pay inside no fuel will come out. They start to being rude and tell me to leave. Horsemouth.

- RMrobert MApr 6, 20261.0Was standing in line to check out when a man came in from outside, asked if there was somebody to pump his fuel the cashiers said no they wouldn't he said "I'm disabled and a vet," isn't it state law the cashier's looked at each other and started laughing said no that is not state law. Seeing the frustration in this man's eyes I went out and pumped his fuel. I learned man suffered from PTSD had a service dog and that was the reason he couldn't touch the fuel door or the pump itself, because of the animals sense of smell for his master's seizures and other issues. I wish the man a happy Easter and thanked him for his service this man did eight tours plus Afghanistan. "Pilot should be ashamed of themselves that their employees don't know this state law!" United States of America.
