I arrived right at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday, and as a first-time mom with an 8-week-old, it had already been a bit of a tough morning. My little one had been crying, and I was feeling the pressure of trying to get everything done. We’re hoping to take her to the zoo tomorrow, so I really needed to get my oil changed. Originally, my husband was going to handle it, but with a newborn, time is limited and plans change. I decided to give Valvoline a try since it’s conveniently connected to Mister Car Wash. I went through the car wash and then pulled straight into Valvoline and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was met with smiles and such a kind, welcoming team. Jose, Kevin and Nate were all incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything they were doing. They were efficient, professional and genuinely caring. In less than 20 minutes, I had a full synthetic oil change, my air filter replaced and a fuel injection cleaner added, all while my 8-week-old peacefully slept in the backseat and I got to sit and drink my coffee. Honestly, it felt like a dream for a tired new mom. This level of service is top-notch, and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Huge shoutout to Jose, Kevin, and Nate for making my morning so much easier!
