  Needed a timely tire repair or replacement. These folks assessed and explained what had happened. Repaired the tire and I was on my way within an hour. Professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

  My experience with Franklin is nothing short of fantastic. I had a fuel leak and was pretty bad. Between the smell and seeing fuel drip, I needed this to be fixed immediately. Gave them a call and they got me in that week. The fuel pump was replaced and back to me the next day. I didn’t expect to have a one day turn around and I am so very pleased with the quality of the work and great communication with the owner and crew! I will definitely recommend to others and will return in the future! Thank you so much Franklin Automotive!

  Had just found out I had a brake light out, was in the area, stopped in at end of the day to schedule an appointment for another time… they took care of it right then and there! Very professional and were very helpful. I was blown away they did that. Earned my business for the future. Honest and good people.

  I need to Thank the owner of Franklin Automotive (Bruce). Did a brake job on my Ford Escape. Did an excellent job. Afterwards we had a strange noise. Took it back to Bruce. He immediately took the car in & found problem with the new brakes. He order a new set . Waited for delivery and replaced the faulty set. Stayed after his closing time to complete the replacement job. Knowingly we needed the car for work the next morning. All this was done at no charge because of the Franklin Auto guarantee.
