  I've had great experiences here. They know how to diagnose the difficult things like electric or computer issues but better than a dealership, in my opinion. They are also decent and honest people with a professional atmosphere. Thanks for the great work on fixing my emissions issue today!

  Needed a timely tire repair or replacement. These folks assessed and explained what had happened. Repaired the tire and I was on my way within an hour. Professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

  I need to Thank the owner of Franklin Automotive (Bruce). Did a brake job on my Ford Escape. Did an excellent job. Afterwards we had a strange noise. Took it back to Bruce. He immediately took the car in & found problem with the new brakes. He order a new set . Waited for delivery and replaced the faulty set. Stayed after his closing time to complete the replacement job. Knowingly we needed the car for work the next morning. All this was done at no charge because of the Franklin Auto guarantee.
