- RSRyan SylvesterJul 14, 20262.0I had to rent a car from this Enterprise location while my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee was being repaired. The rental was arranged through the dealership, and I was directed to this location. The only thing I requested was a vehicle that had not been smoked in. Unfortunately, the car I was given had a smoke odor, which seemed to get worse in the 90+ degree temperature, and was far below what I would expect from a rental. To make matters worse, the vehicle wouldn't even start when I tried to leave the parking lot. I immediately asked if I could be switched to a different vehicle, but I was told it would be fine and that there were no other vehicles available. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. A clean, reliable vehicle should be the minimum expectation, especially when customers have no choice but to rely on a rental while their own vehicle is being repaired.
