We were thrilled with the service we received from the time we walked in to get our vehicle till the day we dropped it off two weeks later. Ryan at the Franklin location was personable, knowledgeable and terrific to work with. He gave us a few options to choose from and we went with a Ford Escape. He was thorough in explaining all of the cars features until I was comfortable driving it. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ryan and with Enterprise.
- PSPaul SchrimpfJan 5, 20191.0Feels like a scam. The car I rented came with a 1/2 tank of gas. "Just return it 1/2 full," they say. How do you manage to fill an unfamiliar car's tank to 1/2? I guess they either get a little free gas or get to overcharge to fill it. Either way they win. They're now pursuing damages for a very minor scratch on the driver door. I guess it happened while the car was parked. Maybe it was there all along. I just don't trust them given the gas situation. My credit card insurance will cover the damages, but it's a hassle.
