  Had to stop for a tire fill up. All staff were so kind, but there was one person who stood out. His name is Joshua. What a kind soul and a simple smile made my very difficult day a little easier. Thank you!

  I was acknowledged and listened to about my preferences and not bothered by upsells. They did a great and efficient job.

  Two cars that arrived after me were let in before me after nearly waiting an hour before being let in. Then the service was slow, and very unprofessional. A gentleman named Benjamin seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He showed me a price tag of around $280 on the screen for all the services I needed and then it came out to be $450+. Then during the services, another worker named Justin just hit my car with some kind of hose with a metal tip attached, just looked at me with a blank face and said "my bad". Horrible experience and terrible service from all the workers. Would not recommend this location and would tell others to go elsewhere.

  As a service-connected-disability disabled war veteran, disabilities caused by my service to our country on foreign soil/sand, I have chosen to bring all five of my family's vehicles to Valvoline Instant Oil Change because I appreciated the veterans discount. However, I've found that the discount provides no actual benefit. I regularly receive promotional discounts by email that offer greater savings than the veterans discount, but the policy does not allow the two discounts to be combined. As a result, I always have to choose the emailed promotion, making the veterans discount effectively worthless. Since every Valvoline customer receives these same email offers, veteran and non-veteran alike end up paying the same price. That leaves me wondering what value the veterans discount is actually providing. I have been a loyal customer, but there are many other instant oil change businesses that also send promotional offers, and I will be looking into those options. I hope Valvoline will reconsider its discount policy so that veterans receive a meaningful benefit rather than a discount that is never actually usable. I'll be sure to let my fellow veterans at the American Legion and VFW know how this ends up.
