  Kyle was amazing he took care of the service I needed. Answered al my questions. Was super helpful. You guys at valvoline always are the best. I don’t go anywhere else but the fondy valvoline. Keep up the great service this location is superb‼️

  Service techs are always good. Management push for upsells at this location is far too aggressive.

  The young man that were working there that day were absolutely outstanding towards me and helped me incredibly with my car. I followed their advice and I use the three something system for a car that is burning oil and to clean the system through the oil and the gasoline with three additives. It was terribly expensive, and that part sucked, but the young men were very certain that it was going to help me with my car. I am very glad that that’s where I ended up that day.

  I had such a great experience at Valvoline today, and I wanted to recognize Kaleb for going above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Car maintenance can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to stay on a budget, and he took the time to help me find a coupon to save some money without me even having to ask. It’s rare to come across someone who treats customers with that level of care and respect. He made the entire experience quick, easy, and honestly enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just doing his job. Valvoline is lucky to have employees like Kaleb. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent customer service I received today. Thank you again for making my day a little easier!
