  Paid a lot of money for a stupid serpentine belt and ac compressor, just for my belt to snap again. I paid another tow after the belt snapped again , just for it to be the pulley that they miss diagnosed the the first time they did the diagnostics. And that is the reason the belt is snapping. And supposedly can't find the part either! Even though the other shops i called found it right away! Paid over 1,000$ to not fix the problem and my belt keeps snapping and they just keep sending me on my way. Next time it snaps it will be another 3rd $150 tow. It's been 2weeks why isn't a pulley still not available or why haven't I got updates on ordering the part else where? Do not recommend. This seemed to be more difficult than it should have been for a simple fix !! I feel like they’re avoiding fixing the problem now. Unprofessional. Will be going else where

  I got my AC compressor replaced. It cost $760!! And that wasn't even the problem. I had a bad pulley. 2 days after it was fixed my belt snapped again! They took another look and figured out that the pulley had shap edges and its snapping the belt. I was told I can't drive my vehicle without the AC compressor because it would lock up my power steering. Well when my belt snapped for the second time, he took the fuse out for the AC compressor (which I was told I NEEDED in order to drive). Now he has to fix the problem without charging me for labor. He told me he's going to let me know when he can find a pulley for my vehicle. I called seven different shops and they all told me that the pulley is super simple to find. It's a easy fix. They don't want to fix my vehicle because they're not getting any money for the labor because they misdiagnosed my vehicle and they basically got back and lied to me about my AC compressor making me pay almost $1,000 plus $300 in for tow fees. They never reach back out. Fix the problem that I paid for. Very unprofessional scam artist.
