  Enterprise needs to make it VERY clear BEFORE you book which locations don’t accept debit cards for one way/out of state rentals. When I first walked in to this location for my reservation, the man I talked to looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there and talked to me like he’d rather help anyone but me. I needed to rent a car one way to MN due to a family medical emergency, and when I came in to the location, the tone and communication of the employees was very snippy and clipped. I had to slow them down to try and explain my situation and to understand why I could use a debit card to book out of state at other locations but not theirs-I just wanted to get home, and this was NOT clear online. They didn’t volunteer any options or try to help me figure it all out-it was like pulling teeth. The employees were short, not showing any kind of understanding, care, or motivation to help a customer, and barely made eye contact with me when I had to then cancel my reservation and try to find another option. Feeling awkward and unwelcome, I waited outside in the 85 degree heat on the curb for my uber, and an employee backed a car into the space I was sitting by rather than going into the half dozen other empty parking spaces. I clearly made eye contact with them, they looked at me in their rear view mirror, and continued to back into the space, needing to angle to avoid hitting me. He didn’t acknowledge me and wouldn’t look at me when he exited the car, continuing on with his day. They made it clear that they did not care about my experience and did not want me in their space as a customer. I was a repeat Enterprise customer in the past. I am no longer thanks to this experience.

  I really like the easiness of the whole process, I really like that. You can order a car online and don't have to pay until you go in. Also, staff in fond du lac office are very nice and helpful!
