  Update: one of the files Carr sent to me showed nothing other than an appointment made. When they can't get you in for weeks because they can't keep technicians and have no choice but to use the mobil service. Nevermind the fact that "The Works" was requested as thats what we always get, and they failed to rotate the tires, tried uocharging me to do that, and failed to top off fluids. Homerun may as well still be running this place. We bought a car here and they tried adding over $7k of finance "protection packages" on a lower priced car rather than helping get us into a new or newer car that would have had warranty. Aaron in finance lied about the "anti-theft" stickers they put on stating that because it is on the addendum tag, it's mandatory, however on the paperwork for that product, it clearly states it is not. He stated they can justify it because their doc fee is less than what you'd pay in Madison (however with the forced scam, you are paying more) Now let's go to service. I am notnsure what happened in the last 8 months, but it used to be great. Now they have "technicians" that get confused by which axle is the from, and which is the back. Today's final straw, my wife had an oil change through them and they bragged about their free oil changes for life. A week or so later they are calling to collect a balance because "mobil oil changes aren't included" yet that was not disclosed. Avoid this dealership. The Ford dealership in Sun Prairie will treat you MUCH better.

  I drove 11 hours to pick up a truck from this dealership, and the experience was absolutely worth the trip. The service was amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made the paperwork process incredibly quick—it took less than 10 minutes! Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were very communicative and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and excellent customer service.

  We bought a used 2024 f250 truck a week ago. When we test drove it we heard a clunking noise and told our salesperson about it. He assured us that it would be fixed before we drove it off of the lot. Four days later we bought the truck. They told us that it was the tire rod end and it had been fixed. We got a 100 point blue star inspection sheet from them. Long story short, one week later it's back in the shop with the same noise! It's the steering column. Apparently they've been having to replace a lot of these. Remind you, we received a 30 point inspection BLUE STAR REPORT from them. If I could return this truck I would! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
