The exceptional service started on day one when Julia sent over a fabulous walk-around video showing every single angle of the truck, inside and out. It showed the true, honest condition of the vehicle before it was even detailed. When I arrived, the truck was fully detailed, spotless, and ready for delivery. Julia and her team had me completely in and out within an hour. She took the time to go over all the truck's technology, got the Ford Pass app set up on my phone, and made sure it was connected to the vehicle before I left. The truck performed flawlessly on the drive home. It was everything I expected and more.
