  Got there 18 minutes before closing. Was told the 2 cars in where the last cars. Let the guy know I had to go out of town in the morning so I was going to have to change it myself. I have been going to valvoline for years. Before that I changed oil myself. BASED ON THESE GUYS NOT BEING ABLE TO GET ONE MORE OIL CHANGE IN I GUESS I AM GOING BACK TO CHANGING MY OWN OIL. Save some money.

  GIVE BRADY A RAISE! Brady was my tech today. He’s EXTREMELY knowledgeable, great customer service, explains everything thoroughly, hes an AMAZING asset to this location. I WILL be back when passing through in the future!

  The service here is top notch! I always get in super fast and am treated with nothing but kindness the entire time my oil is being changed. There is always someone in contact with you the whole time your oil is being changed, explaining what they are doing! They are super efficient and the customer service is AMAZING! I won’t get my oil changed anywhere else!

  I pulled into the shop and was immediately told by multiple employees that I was driving too fast. However, the employee directing me into the bay wasn’t paying attention to the line and repeatedly instructed me to continue moving forward. Once I did, I was then told, “Now we have to go back because you went too far.” When I attempted to back up, I accidentally shifted into neutral for a moment before correcting it. Within seconds, I was told, “Yep, you can’t go backwards while still in drive,” in a condescending manner. After finally getting parked, the store manager asked how I was doing. When I responded, “Fine,” he immediately asked if my passenger was more sober. Confused, I said, “Excuse me?” He then followed up with, “Oh, so you aren’t high?” I was shocked by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism. Being questioned about whether I or my passenger were intoxicated, without any reason, was completely inappropriate. What made the experience even worse was that these comments came from the store manager himself and were delivered in a condescending manner. This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I have ever had. I left feeling frustrated, insulted, and unwelcome.
