- JDJacob DeFoeJun 22, 20265.0Julissa was astonishing knew the answer to every question and was able to help, even ran to the window to help us immediately as soon as we pulled up without the need to wait or yell for an employee and then directed our car into the wash correctly and thoroughly, she was able to balance all of these tasks simultaneously without effort while maintaining a friendly positive work attitude. She gets the job done right I was in and out in no time with her help, I am thankful for this service and had an overwhelmingly pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend!

She immediately jumped in and apologized for the inconvenience. Then, I put in a mat and immediately noticed it was too wide so I hit stop. I told her we can simply cut my mat for time and the protection of the machine. She said “absolutely not, I’ll figure it out.” She probably worked on the mat for 10+ minutes with a smile, watching videos, and being so pleasant. Never made a verbal or non-verbal with disparagement or annoyance. I kept assuring her cutting my mat is fine. She took it upon herself to figure it out. You don’t find people like her in customer service these days - she has a real gift! I will definitely be coming back.
