  Jade and her team consistently does a fantastic job working on my company vehicles. They are quick to schedule estimates and turn them around just as fast. They are also superbly communicative throughout the entire repair process, so I am never out of the loop and always have a clear understanding of what is being done. On my most recent repair, they completed the work in less than 24hrs. I appreciated how the detailed the interior of the vehicle as a part of the process as well - it was dedicated detail company like quality. Ken at the front desk was also a pleasure to work with. Superior Auto Body is my go to for any accident repairs.

  Told them I was no hurry since it was my second car but it was completed in 3 weeks! Looks better than when I bought it! Granted it is a used car. I was kept up to date on progress via email throughout the process, Everything was clearly explained to me before the work began. If anyone ever asks me to recommend a auto body shop in Eau Claire it will definitely be Superior Auto Body

  Overall, I had a good experience with the customer service and the repairs themselves. I brought my vehicle in for hail damage and some body work. So far, everything looks good and I’m happy with the quality of the work. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and approachable, and I appreciated receiving updates throughout the process about the status of my vehicle and when they expected it to be completed. The two areas that could have been better were the final cost and the timeline. My original estimate was about $800 less than the final amount, which was disappointing and more of an increase than I had expected. I was also originally told the repairs would take about five business days, and it ended up being seven. I think setting slightly more conservative expectations upfront would make for an even better customer experience. Overall, though, the staff was pleasant to work with, communication was good, and my vehicle looks great after the repairs.

  Jade and the team at superior auto body was amazing to work with. The quality of work was top tier, they helped work around my schedule, and communication was impeccable. Appreciate their help and would strongly recommend their services to anyone in the area.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Superior Auto Body in Eau Claire! Jen and Nick, along with every person at the shop who helped me through my insurance claim, were absolutely amazing. They kept me updated throughout the process, paid incredible attention to every detail, and even got my vehicle back to me before the promised date. My vehicle looks better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. The paint sparkles, everything shines, and even the inside is spotless! You can see how much care and pride they put into their work. I’m so thankful to the entire team and would recommend Superior Auto Body to anyone!
