  Safelite is an exceptional service. Somebody had kicked a rock up at my windshield two days after buying my vehicle and I did not have comprehensive insurance. After 4 months of it sitting there the crack got beyond repairable. I called around and a lot of people were asking between $400- $500. I even called Remington's and they told me it would be $300 for a used windshield. I ended up paying $260 and I'm really happy. I ordered online,set up an appointment for the next day, and didn't even have to pay anything up front. They promised me a 4-Hour time window and they got here to my house, right at the first hour and it was on good faith that I would pay for it. It took him probably an hour to change my windshield, and his customer service skills were exceptional. I didn't even have to pay him until the very end when he was done. He explained everything I needed to know about my new windshield and when I can drive, stuff like that. I put off getting a windshield for 4 months because I thought it would be an arm and a leg and with the economy the way it is today, a brand new windshield for my vehicle at $260, well you can't pass that type of bargain up. I definitely recommend them and I definitely, definitely will use their service again if I ever need to. And they also have warranty on the windshield as well, so long as it's nothing that I do or mother nature. Most places you give 5 stars, well I definitely give this company 10 stars.

  If you need your windshield fixed I Highly recommend SafeLite. All you have to do is make 1 phone call and give them your vehicle and insurance information and you can count on the people that work for them to do the rest. They will come to you to fix it. They give you the option of a 4hr time in morning or afternoon but unlike many companies safeLite will call you the day of service and tell you you are the 1st or 2nd customer so you aren't sitting around all day wondering when they may be coming. Also I would highly recommend taking them up on the offer to replace your wiper blades and apply rain repellent. I checked into what it would cost just for the wipers if I bought them... it was less than $10 more. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  They replaced my windshield but somehow it’s sounding worse it so loud in the car. I can hear the wind blowing and hear like bubble popping from the windshield. Make my windshield all foggy the whole front. I can’t see anything I turn on the heater up high to defrost but It doesn’t work good and I also tried the AC doesn’t worked. It takes a long time to defrost the windshield when it’s foggy? I was driving at and have to slow down my car and pulled to the side.
