  Hours say they are open but when you get the you have to call a phone number and then it takes then over 30 minutes to get to the location

  The initial reservations were wrong; I had to pick up the car 80 miles from where I contracted to pick it up; the inside of the windshield was grotesquely dirty and I had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean it as the rental agent at the airport did not have any window cleaner or paper towels; the floor of the car was dirty and had not been vacuumed; the car did not have Apple CarPlay which I requested; the rental agent could not put me in a different car as he said the one he put me in was the only car available in the entire area; the rental agent gave me NO assistance in locating a different car at a different Enterprise agency in another town and basically said I’m stuck with the one I’m in. An absolutely horrible experience to drive from northern Wisconsin to Charlotte North Carolina!!! NEVER again will I use or recommend Enterprise!

  Reserved a car 3 days prior to my planned departure. When I got there , no car. Only mini van. Rather bummed, gas mileage will be more than a car. Trip is ruined. Thanks

  Disappointed with customer service I received today. Initial interaction with the representative was "hi enterprise, what do you want?"

  Had some issues with a car reservation but stephen tomczak handled everything very professionally. Stephen Tomczak provided excellent 5 star service and has an incredible 5 star tan and hair. 😎
