  There's a reason you see 3.7 star rating with over 1000 reviews. What an absolute nightmare to even attempt to buy a camper from here. No communication, they don't listen to what you have told them, and it's all about getting you in there and getting you to spend money. They wanted a deposit before I even knew the terms of my loan. Needed insurance before I could setup a walkthough even though I wasn't taking the camper that day because despite telling them what vehicle I had days prior, they just came to realize they didn't have that hitch Ineeded in stock (which was fine anyway because it's wildly overpriced) They had me doing a walkthrough of the store with a salesperson picking out all the accessories I'd need before I even sat down with a finance guy to ensure everything was good to go. It's all about the money grab here. I highly advise you look elsewhere.

  We bought a destination camper July 2025 and we just found out they never put a battery and battery box on it. I called them and they made it right but how would they miss that?

  We were so very pleased with the service we received. They went above what they could. We just couldn't stretch the payment to work for us. We really appreciated all of the attention we did receive while we're there. We will be back!!

  Very good experience purchasing a new class. B motorhome there yesterday. Everything was handled in a straightforward way right up to the final closing. I would buy here again.

  This is going to be a lengthy review so if you don't have time the short of it is they are FANTASTIC!!!! Our sales journey started with Tyler, our salesman on the floor. Tyler worked diligently to find us a small camper that could be pulled by our Subaru Wilderness Outback. This is no easy task, but he matched us step per step on the research and answered all of our questions very quickly via text message which was easier for us and we got the job done! The second person that helped us during our journey was Antoine, in the parts in retail department, but he stepped in with a million dollar smile and so graciously took us through the camper we had ordered. During our walk around we found a couple of things that maybe wasn't the perfect fit for us and without hesitation he reminded us that we need to be happy and everyone at camping world is there to make sure that whatever camper we go home with is going to be the perfect fit. He worked with us to identify the things that we needed that we didn't catch the first time around and together with Nick from finance and Sharilyn, the service advisor, we found an incredible camper that fit all of our needs! We appreciate Nick so very much, he was a straight shooter from the get. We told him exactly what we were willing to pay for the camper and he came back no more than 5 minutes later with everything we asked for! On top of helping us find the perfect camper, our service tech, Mike, is a miracle worker and made us a custom valance to go over the back window by the bed. This gentleman went above and beyond in so many ways. I don't even know where to begin. Helped fix all of the cosmetic concerns that I could point out and I am a very picky person. Never was there a hesitation to do whatever they could as a team to make our experience at camping world the best it could be!! Mike also worked to make sure that the braking system installed on my car was done correctly and to the manufacturer's specs and he took extra time to run through how the braking system works, including helping me set it up on my phone! I truly felt like the entire team went above and beyond to make our experience what it was and we will absolutely return to the Eau Claire Camping World for our camping needs in the future! A huge thank you to Mike our magical teck! Tyler our salesman, Antoine, our parts, retail and customer service aficionado, Nick, our finance point man and Sharilyn our incredible service advisor! I hope upper management recognizes these five people. It is because of people like them, that businesses achieve a great reputation and keep families coming back for years to come! Thank you team! We will be back again!
