  I was assisting my sister-in-law with finding a less expensive vehicle after my brother died recently. We went to Parsons and found a 2024 GMC Terrain AT4. The salesman, Jeremy Schlitt, jumped into action and really went above and beyond to assist. My sister-in-law is deaf and Jeremy was super clear and patient with her to make sure she understood everything. We decided to purchase the vehicle. The buying process went quickly and smoothly. She was given a very thorough tour of all departments she might need to visit. When Jeremy delivered the vehicle, he took great care to patiently go over all vehicle options and features. I have never been more impressed with a car buying experience. I wish I could give ten stars.

  I looked into 2023 Chevrolet Traverse Premier (VIN: 1GNEVKKWXPJ272216 )(stock#PJ272216A )on behalf of a friend who was considering purchasing it. Having worked in the automotive industry, I routinely review CARFAX reports before recommending a used vehicle. The dealership provided an AutoCheck report that showed no accidents or damage reported. However, after obtaining a CARFAX report, I found two documented damage events: one reported as minor damage and another reported as minor to moderate damage. To the salesperson’s credit, she was professional, apologetic, and explained that she knew the previous owner. She shared after looking into it that one incident involved backing into an object and the other involved a deer strike. I appreciated her willingness to discuss the vehicle’s history. My concern is not that the vehicle had prior damage, as many properly repaired vehicles can provide years of reliable service. My concern is that a vehicle marketed as CarBravo Certified should be held to a high standard of transparency. A documented damage history can affect future resale and trade-in value, and buyers deserve to know that information before making such a significant purchase. Had my friend relied solely on the AutoCheck report provided by the dealership, they likely would have purchased the vehicle without knowing about the two reported damage events. Discovering that history later, when trading or selling the vehicle, could create unnecessary frustration and leave a customer feeling misled, even if the vehicle itself performed well. I understand that some smaller dealerships choose to provide AutoCheck instead of CARFAX due to the cost. However, transparency is one of the most important aspects of selling a used vehicle. Providing complete and accurate history builds trust, protects a dealership’s reputation, and allows customers to make informed decisions. For the benefit of prospective buyers, I have attached the CARFAX report for the 2023 Chevrolet Traverse Premier (VIN: 1GNEVKKWXPJ272216) so others can review the vehicle’s documented history and make an informed purchasing decision.

  Excellent service from Dave (Collison Manager) for the warranty replacement of our 2025 Chevy Traverse's Fin Roof Antenna.
