  The worst place to rent a car. I rented the car from this location and turned it in at the Duluth airport. The guy at this location was so non-chalant. He said here you go and I tried to take photos and he was like ohh don't worry, you're good to go. There was nothing noticable to someone not inspecting it with a magnifying glass. Also, this location didn't give me back my credit card so it was left at the location. The manager was the one who did my check in. Oddddddd..... I have been traveling a lot during my vacation, so if you keep the card and you don't hand me back a "reciept" when asked printed or emailed? I say email you should intently make sure I dont forget my credit card you kept right beside your hand or that I missed. I was even here for 15 minutes setting up my dashcam. No call no nothing, this place was dead, I had to call the next day and they said ohh yeah it's here. All I could think is why didn't you call me and tell me? Also, I didn't think I had to ask for my credit card back, my fault I guess. Then I get to this location at Duluth airport and the guy found these TINY little pinhole dents and put in a loss damage claim and said it was from hail. The only hail was from the day before I rented the vehicle. I even showed him the video, I made, of the hard to see dent on the passenger side and he still put in a separate loss damage. After I told him I have the insurance is when he put it in as if I didn't notice it. The insurance is already outrageously priced and I believe they did this on purpose so they can make the insurance go up at the locations and use the insurance to cover something they knew of but got me to rent to car and said, "go ahead, here you go". (we are cool/friends) Now I know, next time, walk around the car and look for everything and trust no one. These people are trying to get anyone, I can only imagine if I didn't get the insurance! Makes you never want to rent a car again. What a terrible way to make someone feel like renting from enterprise was a mistake. It was my first time, one time, LAST TIME. The manager here, after I called to complain said "what do you want me to do about this call?" As I explained my frustration. He said "the insurance would cover it" but how intentional was this to make a claim on my rental just so they didn't make it look like it happened at their location. To make it look like "it was me" I asked him if I should send him the video and pictures of the damage that the guy separately made after I told him I paid for the "insurance". The manager at this location said "No, I don't need that." I'm thinking, why not, why don't you want me to show you the damage was there before I rented it? Super suspicious and odd "business" they are running here. Save yourself a headache.

  They were informative, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I now rent from this location exclusively because of their excellent customer service. Every team member I have worked with has been great, but I would like to give a shout out to Ryan for really going the extra mile this time around. Thanks, Ryan!

  Car was very clean when I received it . The car ran very smooth. No issues at all. This was the perfect rental for our quick trip to the Dells. I would definitely be renting from Enterprise again.
