If I could give 0/5... no communication or updates, half the work done when I came to get it, most vital work not done. They estimated very lowball, so I left it two months. When they got halfway done and costs were already over double the estimate, they just quit and didn't finish but also didn't communicate. Lost the keys, lost the paperwork, didn't complete de-winterization (antifreeze still in lines, valves cranked 90 degrees in underbelly). And while there my rv picked up a nest of Carpenter Ants in underbelly, which I had NEVER had before. Extremely rude female office manager. All other customers came in very disgruntled while I was there, too.

Camping World Deforest Service Dept is the WORST! Bought 2025 Cougar in June, dropped it off Oct 2025 for a list of repairs. FIVE months to do routine warranty work!!! And still waiting for a new lock AND KEY for docking station door. Easy peasy, right?!? Nope! Leave messages, no callbacks!!! I'm looking for more places to post reviews. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

We dropped our 15 month old class a RV off for two weeks. When we came to pick it up, two of the five things had been taken care of. They waited till the day before we were picking it up to look at it. Other parts had just been ordered. If we want the parts installed, we will have to come back at least one or more times. Anyone who is familiar with Camping World knows that this is how they run their business. At least this one in DeForest, some of the worst Customer Service I’ve ever seen. This is my first time posting about Camping World, I could have a list a mile long about their lack of Customer Service and Integrity all the way around.
