  Fixing my review because I went to return foam cannon and was denied because it was used once didn’t fit my setup and the lady said “uhhh we’re not gonna refund a used item” and that’s literally why people return stuff and she looked at me like I was stupid and giving attitude 30 minutes later after looking up policy online called the store back and went back to return it which they took and gave my money back so good job to the 2 guys that helped and were nice whoever the lady was lighten ur mood and give less attitude

  They were the nicest people ever they were really helpful tyler changed my battery really fast I was there no more then 10 mins so fast really reliable won't shop at another auto zone beside this location from now on 10/10

  It smells like pure cigarettes in the entire store. One worker was right outside the door smoking and the other smelled of it. But the store itself smells like they smoke inside.

  On January 27th 2026 -17 degrees day. I purchased a battery (not the cheapest one) got home installed it and still had no power to the car. After troubleshooting a few different things I tested the new battery to find it had 3 volts total. After going back they asked if they could charge it for an hour. I said no please exchange it it took a minute but then they complied. Question is what kind of auto parts store sells you a dead battery on a day that is negative 20 degrees. Pretty disgraceful. Never will go back.
