I've been to Jeffs multiple times now with no issues, great service, and no complaints. I had sort of an emergency tire change situation today and they were able to fit me in. Thanks to Emily and everyone else at Jeff's automotive for their hard work and another worry free experience!

Overall, the fix took more time than I expected, but that wasn't the shops fault. Took longer to get the transmission for replacement than originally quoted, but they had a very nice hybrid loaner to use during that time and had flexible financing options. Super nice service

Exceptional Service and Honest Communication!
I called Jeff’s Automotive yesterday afternoon and was so happy they got me in first thing the next morning. Emily guided me through the entire process with clear, friendly updates, and Tim worked on my car, it’s running like new! They performed a full inspection, explained everything thoroughly, and completed all the needed repairs the same day, including fixing my rear door panel, AC wiring, brakes, and an oil change.
The whole experience was easy, transparent, and seamless. It’s rare to find a shop that combines honesty, skill, and genuine care for customers, but Jeff’s Automotive absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy automotive service!

took my 98 chevy s10 im there they did a bunch of work to it and gave us a free oil change.and ac recharge or years of being a loyal customer super nice people and usually have fast openings . The only thing is it seems common when we have tires done there they come back with a slow leak from the bead and the balance can sometimes be just a little bit off but I put that down to the tire machine being a lil off or something cause with every car ive had.tires done on there before they leek from the bead just small enough its not to annoying to keep having to top up the tires

I’ve called this shop a few times and have always talked to very friendly people. I finally decided to make an appointment to get tires and brakes done. With my appointment set out a few weeks (due to my schedule not theirs) I called on a Monday morning due to a flat tire and asked if I could bring it in that day to get all of the scheduled work done since I wasn’t planning on fixing a tire I am replacing. They were very kind and said to bring the car in. They were able to get my tires and brakes completed same day. I worked with Emily through the process and she was very communicative and helpful, and extremely kind. Will definitely be bringing my car here for service again.
