  I’ve called multiple times left on hold no answer or employees on site. Went to drop off and guy took the keys and never gave me a receipt. Got a call after showing up to facility to no employees there and a sign that says call this number and we will get back to you. Got another call back and says I’ll be emailing the the final receipt and still haven’t received it. For a company that make millions can’t afford to have someone on site and not everyone gone all the time. This was by far the worst experience ever.

  Samantha provided excellent customer service while helping my husband secure a rental vehicle while his car was being repaired. She was professional, friendly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free during an already inconvenient situation. She answered all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out.
