  Love Hank, but GREATLY disappointed that my gas tank BARELY had ANY gas in it!!!!!!! This was a 52" gravely ZT..... NOT a cheap machine!!!!!!

  Purchased a 3 point snowblower and everything was awesome. Needed some additional parts and they shipped them that same week. Recommend purchasing from them.

  I was assisted by Max at Union trailer. After we discussed my trailering requirements, he brought me straight to the trailer I wanted. He showed me the features and I bought it immediately. I am very happy with my trailer and Union Trailer/Max for the great service and partnership!

  The service department went above and beyond expectations fixing a hydraulic leak on my Zero Turn’s transaxle. Not only is that fixed, but the mechanic went through my Gravely mower making any needed adjustments and tightening. When I picked it up, it was so clean that I had to verify the serial number making sure it was mine. Excellent experience!

  Bought a tractor and a couple of trailers and all went well, UNTIL I needed the service dept., NOT GOOD AT ALL!! Called for a bit of info as it was JUST out of warranty for the issue but you would have thought I stabbed somebody or something, nothing but the run around and a push for somebody to come out at a HUGE service charge for an issue with a valve I just wanted to ask a question about. Never going back for ANY reason, there are a lot of other places to get better service for the same price or better. The valve issue is all fixed and never needed to have the "maybe" reliable answer I would have gotten anyway, Thanks for nothing.
