    I am not one to typically write negative reviews, but my particular experience warranted a response in writing. My vehicle was dropped off to begin work on July 13th with an initial estimates completion date of 7/22. Once work began the estimated completion date changed to 7/29 as communicated by text with tracking available. The 29th came and went with no communication, so I called and was informed the hood had arrived damaged and should be available the next day. 2 days went by and I called again with another damaged hood. This happened a third time and it wasn't until 8/18 that the car was completed. When called I was informed that the battery would no longer hold a charge and that I needed to purchase a new battery for them to install before it would finally be ready for me to take on 8/19. I am a patient and understanding person, but to go over 5 weeks with no vehicle and no loaner available required me to arrange for rides with family, friends, coworkers as well of rescheduling of appointments, cancelling of events and a number of other issues. The lack of communication and acknowledgement of inconvenience is something I have never experienced before. When all was said and done, the work completed was well-done but as a new family in Cedarburg with 2 young children, we felt like we were robbed of most of our summer and the ability to embrace the move.

    The actual body work was great. Communication not so good, and it took 2 1/2 weeks for what I would say was minor damage. Yes there was an issue of getting insurance approval for replacing a door. But it seemed to take way too longv

    Too notch service from start to finish! They did an amazing job on my SUV! Brian was fantastic…he takes pride in his work and provides awesome customer service!! Highly recommend them for auto repair!!

    The customer service and the body work that they performed on a 2022 xc90 was exceptional. It looked like it did when it shipped from the factory. Unbelievable body work!!!!!
