  My husband, my son and me are truck drivers driving through this beautiful state and parked here for the night, came in for some snacks and were greeted so nicely by the owner and his wife. The next morning I came in for some coffee and realized I left my wallet in the truck, I offered to return with payment but he said “it’s no problem, free for you”. That’s not the only reason why I’m leaving this review, this couple are genuinely pleasant and welcoming. Also, the restroom and store alike, are very clean.

  f this place. Been to a lot of pilot/flying Js in this country.. first one i've seen with a sign like this. "With ID"..?!? is there some national ID system for people with service dogs? If the dog owner is responsible, and the dog is clean and well-behaved, there's no reason that a dog can't coexist with humans at a truck stop. When this was still a Citgo there was no sign like this and I (respectfully) brought my dog in.. never a problem. Now this new owner is of a certain class of people that doesn't like dogs. (Do I need to spell that out?) Bottom line is that it's your store, you have the right to be the only Pilot truck stop in the country with this policy. It's fine, it's your right. But I have the right to think you suck and give you a 1-star review.

  Excellent Pilot location. The cleanliness was outstanding, especially the restrooms. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome when I arrived and even wished me a safe trip as I departed. Great service and a very pleasant experience overall.
