  I was recently driving on HWY 29 and my dashboard lights came on warning of an electrical issue. My electrical systems began shutting down and I was able to barely make the exit ramp in Cadott. I called Northtown and they sent two people to help me diagnose the problem and put a booster on to make it to their shop. They quickly determined it was an alternator problem so I was effectively stranded. Lucky for me, they graciously gave me a loaner vehicle until they could order the part and make the needed repairs. Two days later I swung in and the repair was completed. I highly recommend this shop and their way of doing business.

  Nathan and the guys here are awesome, got me in pretty quick to help me remove a hitch that had basically welded itself to the truck. Always reliable, highly recommend!

  Forget about having a nice small town repair shop. I brought my truck to them that I suspected the work they had done previously was not holding up. I was right. The parts were warrantied. But they tried to fight that too by claiming their records didn't show where they got the parts so they couldn't warranty. After saying I'd take my vehicle elsewhere - magically they found where they got my parts. It didn't end there. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday night and was told it would be done Wednesday. I finally called a few minutes before closing on Wednesday to ask if I could come pick it up and was told it wouldn't be done till the following day. ZERO communication from them which left us scrambling as I needed to get to work the following day. I was then mocked for needing to pay with my credit card when they charged me over $500 more than I was quoted for the work. Making struggling families in the community struggle even more and left trying to figure out how to even make it by because of greed.. I would never tell someone to bring their vehicle to this shop.

  I’ve patronized this business in the past. But recently took a newer vehicle to its name brand dealership, it was pretty clear after the diagnosis and estimate the value in an honest business. This place was flexible enough to squeeze me in and get my truck back fast but also at a reasonable rate. Good people, good service, and straight forward.
