  Brought my truck in to get two tire sensors replaced, they said the frame on the truck was bad and could not work on it due to liability issue, but then charged me for full inspection.

  Everything was explained in detail as to what the ezpected time frame and cost would be. Very friendly and professional. Wa provided a loaner vehicle while the truck was being worked on. Extremely convenient.

  I have to say. Dealing with Jack has been the best. Always kept me informed on the work be performed on my truck. New tires and a full set of brakes. Everything has been great. All the employees I watched as I was sitting and waiting have been great and I seen them all keeping all the customers informed. Keep up the great work Thank you again for another great experience. .

  From start to finish William was very kind and helpful. He made sure I got a loaner car while my car was being looked at. The diagnosis was explained to me and I was even shown pictures of the problem areas. I will definitely be using this shop to get the needed repairs done when funding is available

  I had a great experience at Lois Tire & Auto Service. Tom treated me very well and was extremely knowledgeable. I came in with a flat tire, and since I was already due for new tires, they were able to replace all four the very same day. The service was fast, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciated their honesty and efficiency. I highly recommend Lois Tire & Auto Service to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service!
