  Fantastic shop! Brought in a antique tractor tire that had a bad tube, they had the tube in stock and fixed it within 10 minutes right before close! Got me back into the field in no time! Tommy Schmidt was the service writer, and did an excellent job taking care of me. Everyone that I interacted with was totally locked in. Reasonable price too. Definitely coming back, 10 out of 10.

  NOTHING less than 5 stars… I have posted a review prior 6 months ago or so. Once again tire trouble nail right in the middle on tires with under 10k miles on them, what a bummer. Luckily Lois to the rescue as always getting me back on the road same day just before July 4th. Dealt with William at the front excellent customer service very well spoken young man. But everyone who works here provides excellent customer service as well… if you’re not trusting Lois with your automotive needs, I feel bad for you… you should change that. Nobody is better than them. They’re even so good. I had to log into a second google account to give another five star review, because one five star review just wasn’t enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  These are my tire guys! While out running errands, I noticed what looked like the wide flat head of a roofing nail in one of my tires. Michelin Sport 4s 10” low profile. I figured this was going to be a Pandora’s Box situation. Drove the 30 minutes out to my tire guys. One brought out a spray bottle and pliers to pull it out and check for leaks. Yep, it leaked rapidly. The depth was roofing nail depth but a self tapping design. He put it back in to see if it would seal it up. It did. And then brought the car in the shop to repair the tire. I’m glad I brought it in right away even though it wasn’t leaking. I’ve been a loyal patron of Lois Tire Shop since I first moved to Wisconsin 6 years ago.

  Always friendly, quick service! I started going to Lois when my riding lawn mower had a flat. I called several places and Lois was the only company that got me in right away. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Since then I've purchased tires for my SUV from them and they are very competitive, and local.

  I have been a customer of Luis for several years. For two sets of tires I went elsewhere but they were not able to really work on making sure that the tire rotation was fine for the needs of my car because of the age of my car and what the axle and other parts of my car we're doing to my tires. So when I went through two tires in less than a year I went back to Lewis for them to tell me what is actually happening and what can we do to make sure I don't go through my tires as fast. They looked at the situation told me what the situation was and told me what they can do in the future as they rotate my tires to let them have a longer life. So because they're able to concentrate and know and keep track of my tires I will be a continuing as a customer with them. Because they know tires they are the best place to go for tire needs a regular auto repair place doesn't have the time and the inclination to maintain the tire rotation of my tires like they should be done.
