  The whole experience at Silver Lake was fantastic. I booked online to have a used car inspected prior to purchase. Everything was smooth, their estimated timeline was accurate, and the final report I received was very thorough with included photos of the problem areas. Jennifer at the front desk was so kind. I had planned to hang out in the lobby, but she insisted on looking up area coffee places so I would be more comfortable while I worked. When I returned, she had assembled the report and even reached out to their salvage yard to get more information on a missing part. All for just an inspection! I wish I lived closer so I could use them every time!

  They got me in quickly for a wheel alignment. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and the service staff is helpful and friendly. Even got a complimentary car wash afterwards!
