  The service here is fantastic. I came in before the holiday weekend needing my vehicle inspected for check engine and EPC lights. The team went above and beyond with pulling car history, loaner car and more. If you’re looking for service at a place that won’t rush with your vehicle needs Silver Lake delivers.   Was recommended Silver Lake Auto from another auto shop for repairing my BMW's A/C. I was able to quickly make an appointment and get my car in the same day. The technician looked over my car extensively and I was quickly given a call on what the problem was and it was fixed quickly and the car was given back the next day.

  Dale and Josh were incredible! We were traveling through town on our way to vacation and our emergency light came on, on our car. After calling several shops with no luck, they got us in right away so we could get going on our travels. The stress of being in a town that we weren't familiar with and having car issues is unreal, but they helped reduce that stress and made us feel comfortable. They were kind and respectful. I can't recommend this shop enough!

  I over tightened my lug nut and snapped off a wheel stud in the process. Talked with Dale and he assured me that his team could take care of it. Got a wheel balance and rotation as well to complete the whole tire experience. It took me a minute to find them though (because I was not familiar with the area). Location B (645 Main Street in Brookfield on Bluemond Rd) is the one you want to go to. Great people and excellent work!!

  Fantastic service by the advisors and technicians. Everyone was very professional and understanding. Unfortunately the outcome wasn’t in my favor but the crew there couldn’t have done any better. During the process they took many photos of the work that was being done and sent me a very detailed list of their findings. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision or felt taken advantage of. I do respect their work and will be back if needed.
