  **Poor Management and Wasted Time** I made an appointment two days in advance for a wheel alignment and received confirmation. I arrived on time and checked in, only to be told that the alignment rack was occupied by another vehicle that was waiting for an oil change. The employees were waiting for an oil order to arrive from AutoZone. I explained that I had a scheduled appointment and asked if the other vehicle could be moved off the alignment rack so my service could be completed, especially since the other vehicle had already been dropped off. I was told they had already drained the oil from that vehicle and were therefore waiting for the oil delivery. What was particularly frustrating was that there were other unoccupied lifts specifically designated for service work, while the alignment rack was being occupied by a vehicle that could not be completed because the shop was waiting on an oil delivery. This was extremely poor management and reasoning. A customer with a confirmed appointment should not have to wait because the shop chose to use the alignment rack for a vehicle that was not ready to be serviced. My time was wasted, and the situation could have easily been avoided with better planning and communication. Very disappointing experience.

  I used to go here all the time but the last two times I was here, I had a bad experience. I took my car in because it was loud and I suspected something was wrong with the muffler. The guy there told me my whole exhaust system was rusted and it would be $1500 to replace the whole thing. Okay, I said I was planning on getting a new car soon anyway so I didn’t think it was worth investing that amount of money in. I asked if it was possible that I could do something cheaper, or a temporary fix to take care of the sound for a few weeks. I just wanted to see what my options were. He said “do you have a boyfriend or a dad who is handy? They might be able to fix it.” Like…????? I’m at the mechanic… aren’t you the handy guys? Left a bad taste in my mouth but whatever. The next time I came in with my husband’s car. He needed a simple oil change so I wanted to do him a favor and take care of it while he was working. I made an appointment and waited almost 2 hours before they told me they couldn’t do it? They said the drain cap was screwed on too tightly and they’d likely have to break the drain pan to get it off? And they asked me if I’d be okay with that. I got my husband on the phone so he could be in the conversation too. And I was like, “okay, how much would a drain pan cost if you break it?” They told me $750! I said no and left. Went to a Valvoline and they did the oil change in 20 minutes with no issue. I used to like going here, but based on these past two experiences, I’m going to be taking my business elsewhere.

  Came in with flat tire. Tim ordered it and kept me informed. They installed it quick next day and let me know what was found in tire and how it was reviewed for damage. Great communication.

  I had a fantastic experience at this tire shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming. I initially went in just to get two new tires, but they went above and beyond by thoroughly checking all of my tires to ensure everything was safe. They are incredibly professional and dedicated to great service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality tire care!

  My daughter got a flat tire in front of her work. She is a college student. So I only live about an hour from there so I drove up switched cars and took her car to get a new tire after the spare had been put on. Monro was so easy to schedule an appt online and were very kind when I arrived. They had the car in the garage and new tire on and back on the road again in no time. Very Grateful they were so easy to work with. Mom of Carroll University student.
