  I had a fantastic experience at this tire shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming. I initially went in just to get two new tires, but they went above and beyond by thoroughly checking all of my tires to ensure everything was safe. They are incredibly professional and dedicated to great service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality tire care!

  My daughter got a flat tire in front of her work. She is a college student. So I only live about an hour from there so I drove up switched cars and took her car to get a new tire after the spare had been put on. Monro was so easy to schedule an appt online and were very kind when I arrived. They had the car in the garage and new tire on and back on the road again in no time. Very Grateful they were so easy to work with. Mom of Carroll University student.

  Brought my wife's truck in for a screw in her tire. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They removed the screw and patched it up in 10 minutes or less. Amazing team here!!!

  I originally had a very frustrating experience due to an issue that prevented me from getting necessary repairs completed. It also caused me to lose a significant amount of time dealing with the situation. However, after I escalated the matter, the District Manager Sam stepped in and completely changed the outcome. He took my concerns seriously and was responsive throughout the process. He made sure everything was resolved and ensured my brakes could finally be repaired. He also offered me a complimentary oil change for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. While I believe the situation should have been handled differently at the store level from the beginning, I want to give credit where it's due. Sam was professional, understanding, and genuinely worked to make things right.
