  very rude staff, charged for gas although i put more gas in than was originally in the vehicle. I don't usually do reviews but horrible experience. natalie hung up in our face saying they are closing when the last person leaves out the lobby, after called explaining there was rain and an accident on the highway- it was very bad. We arrived while someone was in lobby and her attitude was disgusting. The guy tried to call after we returned the car to offer a $10 discount on our next rental- laughable and insulting - i will never return and do not recommend anyone spend money here

  So far this is a good location for rental cars. My experiences have generally been straightforward. I typically reserve my vehicle online, and on the day of pickup they have consistently provided a vehicle in the same size category as my reservation, but not the same type & model of car I had initially selected online. I assume this is in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement, which l believe require an equivalent vehicle class if the exact model is unavailable. Customer service has been fine overall. The staff has been professional enough to complete the rental process efficiently.

  The agent picked us up at our hotel which saved us having to get to their location. Friendly & helpful service at the agency and on the phone.

  Easy pick up and delivery back easy. Great car that handled well and easy on gas.
