- KLKristy LucasSep 16, 20261.0So there's a service semi station that repairs trucks and will do wash outs in the back me and my husband asked for a wash out the young man went to the back was doing his thing then came to our window said your all set you can go pay so my husband starts the truck to pull to the front where the office is he moved maybe 2 feet because apparently we weren't all set because the young man begins to yell profanitys my husband gets out and is asking if he's okay and didn't get hurt but the young man keeps yelling profanitys so then of course my husband isn't going to keep putting up with some young kid talking to him any kind of way he wants and ask to speak to his manager upon talking to the manager he asked if he had moved the truck and he said well yeah the kid said we were all set and thought we could go and the entire time having the conversation with the manager the kid was continuously yelling profanitys in front of the manager my husband was shocked that they allow their workers to speak to customers this way so my husband tells the shop manager that one day this kid is going to talk to the wrong person in that way and he's going get what's coming to him. Then the manager threatened to call the police because he was claiming my husband was now threatening his worker keep in mind this has NEVER HAPPENED to my husband in his entire career as being a truck driver and has never been treated or talked to in that manner at any other Flying Jay service station or at all for that matter what in the world is going on at these businesses the manager sided with his worker who was screaming profanitys right in front of himself and my husband it's like we live in this world where customer service know longer exists and you can be talked to and treated any kind of way bottom line we are going to contact corporate and going to file a formal complaint and will completely avoid this flying Jay.

While the attendant on duty was courteous and polite, the rest of the visit was disappointing: Food Quality: I bought an egg and cheese breakfast bagel, but after taking just two bites, I had to throw it away. It tasted stale, like it had been sitting in a freezer for a long time and then tossed in a microwave for a few minutes. Rotating the hot breakfast options regularly would make a huge difference in freshness. Stock Levels: The refrigerated drink section was noticeably wiped out, with quite a few popular options completely out of stock.
