  Came here for Fuel and a shower. Only one in line, with 5 open showers and none were available. No help from the female worker. She was extremely unhelpful, and was rude when I asked her why none of the showers were available, and I was the only one in line. Won’t be stopping here again

  disgusting service at the checkout, the woman is just a lock and an unprofessional in her field, it's 5 , no milk or sugar, it's okay, but why be rude and not know your responsibilities! I've been to almost all the pilots, this is the first time.

  Very nice staff. A wide variety of food items and clothing. They are clean. It is connected to taco bell so you can grab gas and a snack. Only problem is how expensive the atm is. If you need to get cash from a atm, DO NOT go here.

  The place was clean. The staff was friendly. Just the parking lot for trucks is so small and tight. I wouldn't even bother just stopped by for fuel. That's it

  My first negative review on Google Maps. In general, it's rare when I leave a review but today I was so mad thanks to this Pilot location. 04/16/26 I fueled here, waited 30 min for my turn... whatever, not an issue for me. After fueling I paid for Prime Parking and decided to shower today because I had extra time. I admittedly took 3 hrs in my shower. Some of us over-the-road truck drivers take 1-2 showers per week, or at least I do! My 10 year old daughter then FaceTime me when I entered my shower room, she wanted to tell me about some drama at her school which I wanted her to see she had my full attention and that I cared. Then after the call, I started doing my business. I groomed my facial hair & beard, cut my hair, clipped my nails, brushed teeth, showered, lotioned etc... yes I took long but that's because I'm a flat bed driver, we're dirty and stinky. ESPECIALLY ME! BECAUSE AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, I DON'T HAVE THE LUXURY OF SHOWERING EVERYDAY! The employees kept knocking at my door every 30 min! And when I actually started showering, they're next move was to bang at my door really loud and saying stuff I couldn't hear because I was showering. All while the whole room smelled like a fart probably from the sewage... whatever, I couldn't care less about unpleasant smells. But the constant door banging pissed me off to the point I wanted to come out cursing and fight whoever was banging at my door. I controlled my anger and just left in a really bad mood. I don't know who was banging at my door, they weren't there when I left the shower. Unacceptable behavior from Pilots part. Worst experience I've ever had at a truck stop in my 6 years career as an over the road truck driver.
