  My insurance company secured a car for me, after which I was told they didn't have any car. Then they changed the story to they did have a car for me. Upon arrival at Enterprise in Beloit, Zara, a sales person, kept pressuring me to give her my debit card so she could put approx $200 on it in case I damaged their vehicle in any way. My insurance was covering the rental, but Zara kept pressuring me saying I needed extra coverage in case anyone hit me or even scratched or door dinged me. She kept asking for me debit card so she could charge me approx $200. I ended up walking away without renting ! I would never use this Enterprise again. Insurance was covering, Zara made my experience horrifying!!! Don't use them! it's not worth their pressure tactics ! Could have, should have been a simple easy process. Zara should be fired for treating Enterprise customers that way ! Does Enterprise know? They sure will !!!

  Brick and mortar experience was great. Very helpful with your questions. Enterprise and their policy, as a corporate entity fails. Used to rent to people and allow documented drivers. Also drive... as well as who pays It's their $ for their trip and they need... Customer, not business is right? When business is informed and paid for the rental? Guess they enjoy, less customer flow as a default service policy Self limiting business goals... from a corporate initiative Takes parents on trip, they aren't allowed to drive... Rental agreement.... Says only 1 Not even your new husband or bride can drive the rental now? Cute... Even if they argue this specific case of... I let those others drive my car too, they have insurance too.. How many times should we pay for the same car so we can carpool and take turns cross country ? I mean....why have different rules for different circumstances either.. Told yeah 3 of us driving this... xcountry... Hope you fire that guy, when you figure out whopushed stupid policy. Limiting how people use your company and pay for services offered
