  I did not like this location. No professionalism or care. This company took our deposit after my car was detailed before returning. I would encourage you to go to the Loves park or Rockford locations. Other locations are friendlier and care. Even reached out to the Branch leader and my issue was not resolve not even a phone call. They just want to take your money here. Too many young adults who do not have customer service skills.

  My car was in the shop and GEICO set up an insurance replacement rental for me at this Enterprise location. At pickup the counter agent completely failed to explain their TollPass policy. I explicitly intended to use the state’s official "Pay By Plate" system to pay for my highway use directly. However, Enterprise permanently registers their fleet plates to automatically intercept toll charges. Because the staff omitted this policy, Enterprise overrode my attempt to pay the state, intercepted the tolls, and hit my credit card with a surprise $29 in daily administrative "convenience fees" on top of the $22 in actual tolls. Forcing a $29 penalty onto a GEICO insurance claimant who actively tried to pay their tolls correctly solely because your staff fails to communicate how your system works is terrible customer service. I am happy to pay for the roads I drove on, but sneaking in admin fees that cost more than the actual tolls is incredibly deceptive.

  I used Enterprise when I had my accident and was very satisfied with all of their communications with me. They were always on time and checking to see if they could be of more help to me.
