  The guy that dropped the oil might need a little more training or to get more focus in the morning he pulled out a motor mount bolt and said there is no oil coming out and I said that's impossible the guy on the upstairs platform said we'll add oil to see if it pushes out something that could be blocking the hole they added oil to my old oil and nothing still came out so he went down there and looked and he said that the wrong Bolt finally got the oil dropped then you proceeded to fill it and was not filled to the correct they had to put more in because he forgot to set the nozzle on the gun and then they forgot to do one tire only had 21 lb of air in it but other than that that's the first time that ever happened I'll bring our fleet vehicles there

  I have an old Ford just got an oil change got right in as soon as I got there and it took them over an hour to do a 15 min guick oil change and your not aloud to get out your vehicle so I was asking what's taking so long and they said they can't get the oil filter off I said I'll take it off

  This was my first time using an instant oil change service, and it definitely won’t be my last. Hailey, Brady, and Conner were phenomenal. The service was incredibly quick, and Hailey was especially efficient and knowledgeable throughout the process. They were all friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend!

  Guess it was ok...... very pushy on trying to sell or up sell things i made very clear were not needed or necessary. I just bought the car a could months ago and this was the first oil change needed since buying and even after I told them I had just bought this car from a dealership they still tried to tell me I needed all this extra stuff...... things are dealership already had done as part of getting a car ready for sale and delivery to a customer. I also smell something hot and burning like oil over spill or something and now after heading all of the other terrible basic errors they have made to customers cars, I'm having it completely checked over to make sure they didn't break, strip, or lazily forgot to do something they should have done as part of their service because they're too busy trying to sell you unnecessary or higher priced extras you don't need to increase their upsell quotas and profits. Thought they'd be better considering the company I work for had out entire fleet serviced there but I was very less than impressed.
