  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!!! Brought in my 2010 dodge charger that got damaged by shipper coming up from Texas. Brought it in and since it was undercarriage damage I get meet with attitude and they don’t have a hoist. I took pictures the day it was damaged so I just emailed the photos. 2 weeks later 3 phone calls and an email they finally send me a quote……. Send me a quote for just the seam welds that were damaged. Mind you the cross member was ripped partially off the floor pan(body damage) trunk pan had paint scrapped off and dented(body damage) scuffed rear bumper cover(body damage). The list goes on. She shoot a quick quote to cover up her laziness. What an absolute joke!!!!! Get this woman some proper training!!!!!

  Brought my vehicle in to get fixed, I didn't have rental coverage on my insurance but Gates gives you a free rental if they fix your car. They always kept in contact with me giving me updates on where my vehicle was in the repair process. The staff was very nice and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience while getting my car fixed!
