  Thank you guys at Safelite fixing total windshield. Made sure I was ok as I had to stay. Showed me the wipers that I had were so bad I did get new ones. Cleaned my driver and passenger windows and vacuum. Wow I will always recommend Safelite . Thank you so much!!

  Our installer Ian was a rockstar, arriving early and getting the work done in a very quick but thorough matter, treating our vehicle as if it was his own (i was watching from my kitchen window) favorite installer yet and he's a Yooper like myself!

  Great experience! This was a much easier process than I had anticipated. I was able to have my windshield repaired while I was at work.

  I had Safelite replace two different windshields this year. The techs came out to my house and did a great job at a good price. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that my second appointment the tech wanted to come earlier than the appointment time and I had to do a couple extra things to make that work but all god and very happy.

  The companies scripted response to my complaint goes to show how much they care about customer service . Jeremy (ID #01867-824615) came to do a chip fill for me on 5/13. The chip was approximately 1.5"x1.5" in the shape of an x. After he "repaired it" he came in smiling, handed me the keys and said, "don't worry, it won't crack any farther" then left. When I was done with my shift I went out to see that the crack was extended by at least an inch on either side and he had only filled what was existing. Now, I've never had this done before so I thought, okayyyy maybe that's part of the process, it has to extend a little to fill the center? So I keep my mouth shut and expect it not to get any bigger, because he said it wouldn't. Now it's been two weeks, and it's extended 2 more inches. I called Safelite. They tell me, I now have to buy a new windshield and that it was Jeremy's responsibility to tell me there's no guarantee a chip fill will work and that if it doesn't, I have to buy new glass from them on my dime. Jeremy also KNEW he cracked my friggin windshield while he was here. How dare he come in my place of work, look me in the face and not tell me what he did and get it fixed right away. He did faulty work, he knew it, he told me it would be good, and ran off. What a racket. Then when I called customer service, no one could get ahold of this branch to speak to anyone there. Never been more disappointed in a service.
