- MJMichael Jasinski2 days ago5.0I rented from the Baraboo location and the staff was great. the man that served me was frendly and easy to talk to. he made a stressful (renting a car to go cross country in alone) very enjoyable and check in was just as nice. the car was clean and very nicely maintained.

I did book online first to fill the information once I got to the office jack got me out quick took about 10 min. I will book again in the future ! Thank you.
- DDDJAug 7, 20261.0Liars, cheats and the absolute worst customer service you ever seen. The only thing they should be proud of is being the worst of the worst. Kudos to Jack the manager for not returning calls, not following up and actually being party to felony theft of greater than $300. We have had to retain legal counsel and are actively pursuing theft charges as well as filing complaints with WI DATCP. My personal opinion, protected under the 1st amendment freedom of speech, is that this is the most unprofessional, deceitful and slimiest outfit we've ever dealt with. Rent at your own peril. Update; Michelle I tried going through your process and ended up having to pay $650 that was allegedly refunded. Jack; did not return calls ignored calls and emails and essentially told me it was out of his hands despite stating a week earlier he would handle it. So kudos to your store manager for showing his true colors as a liar and caring only about the $$ and not the customer. Comments stand - WORST ENTERPRISE BRANCH EVER!!!
