  Dear Customer Service, I would like to give Jack Briggs and Ray Moore a great review. They provided excellent customer service services to us. The entire office in Baraboo, WI was outstanding. We were left stranded by Amtrak, however, the office provided great services to my group. We had to rent twice due to a storm and Amtrak couldn't pick us up. I will be returning to Baraboo, WI. Thank U

  The Baraboo Enterprise helped us find the perfect vehicle for our travel needs. We had a fantastic vacation partly because our rental was a great match.

  We will never rent a vehicle thru you guys again. 4 adults went to pick up this vehicle which by the way plates expired. 4 DIFFERENT times we said the return date he even repeated the return date. We get home after they were closed to an email saying return date is a completely different date than what was said. We had to wait til Monday to call so we call Monday talked to 2 different people 1 bring a "manager" named Justin. He says he would call us back NEVER did. Tuesday we had to call an 800 number talked to someone there. They said they fixed the issue with the return date and sorry that they messed up. Now we get a bill for 427.00 for extending it. And mind you 4 I repeat 4 times between 2 of us there and the guy who rented it to us the return date was correct until we get this email. Now we have emails with 3 different drop off dates. And we need to pay for your mess up.

  Had to jump through a lot of hoops to get a vehicle, then was told I could drop off a passenger for swap at air port and was told wrong location and got a ticket, then when I finally got a new vehicle of my own. Enterprise said I could leave it at the dealership and nearly charged me for 12 extra days of which I did not have the vehicle.
