  We stopped in to have a flat tire repaired. What a disappointment. The service person was rude and was not able to help us. He ended up referring us to Blain's Farm & Fleet and that was the best thing that he did.

  I recommend doing business with Don Larson, Ford in Baraboo Wisconsin, I stopped in to look at a used truck, I’m meet Charlie, Simmons, and he was very helpful and accommodating. We took the truck for a test drive , We worked out a deal over the next few days. Everyone at Don Larson was friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable there. Thanks for everything..

  I bought a vehicle from them and was told it was all checked out. It had 3/4 Tank of gas when I bought it but when they delivered it my gas gauge was at 1/4. 24 Hours after delivery the check engine light came on and the radio quit working. I contacted the dealer with no response.I wait 14 days for them to send me the title so I could transfer everything over. To date I have not gotten a response to my concerns. I would not do business with them. After they have your money you don't matter anymore. Never a call back or text about the issues I had after the sale.

  Ray assisted with correcting my appointment. Nate was inviting when I entered the dealership. Cory did an amazing job explaining my vehicle needs. I was needing tires and was looking at a set of tires. He went over my options and sold me on a completely different set. I priced tires around and their price blew other areas out of the park. This dealership was not only friendly but made me feel like I was part of the family.

  Excellent service department. Transit Connect needed lower control arms. New tires were planned earlier. 1) I got an appointment to diagnose the issue, 2) parts came later that day 3) Got a call to bring the car at 7:00 am, the next day. Corey is on top of follow-up and follow through. Techs did great work. The car is smooth like new and it has higher mileage. Now prepared for long trips this summer. Thank you!
