  My wife and I had a fantastic experience while working with Jeremy Seep. It couldn’t have been better. The vehicle that we were looking for wasn’t on the lot at the time but Jeremy was able to locate the exact vehicle and within one weeks time we were able to make the purchase. Jeremy was courteous and a lot of fun to work with from start to finish. We have purchased other new vehicles from Don Larson and have always had a great experience. Kudos too Jeremy and the Don Larson Superstore!

  Kaile Irwin was top notch at her job!! She gave a warm smile and greeting and although she was extremely busy, she was very attentive and made took great care in her work!! Costumer service often lacks in so many businesses but not at Don Larson’s. Thank you Kaile!!

  I normally have Evan as my service provider, and he is always excellent. Today I had Riley, and he was just as fantastic! Riley was incredibly friendly, provided wonderful customer service, and made sure I was well taken care of while I waited for my oil change. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate the great care and professionalism. I'll definitely continue coming back!

  Unfortunately my brand new Tahoe broke down on our way back to Chicago. Engine died and super bummer. Called Vicki at Don Larson and was greeted with an amazing attitude and customer service level. It always makes a big difference when you’re in a crappy position or emergency and somebody is on the other line that actually cares about helping you and does it with a smile. Got take care of with a great courtesy vehicle and they stuck to the timeline of getting my new engine. Top notch and very thankful for Vicki and the team at Don Larson
