  I had a flat and was in a time crunch and the staff at Zifko are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and squeezed me in! So glad they keep tires on hand and were able to assist in a time of need!

  We were passing through Ashland, about an hour from home, when we had an unexpected issue with our tire. In a panic, we called Zifko and they told us to come right in and they'd help us. They were so friendly and accommodating, even inviting us to bring our dog into the waiting area so we didn't have to sit outside with him in the 90 degree heat while they fixed our tire. The repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price. We were back on the road in no time at all. They saved the day! Highly recommend this shop!

  We ran over a nail while traveling. They got it fixed and we were back on the road in 30 minutes.

  Extremely unfriendly staff. took them 2 minutes to acknowledge my presence and ask for what i need. no other customer was there. Took them 20 minutes to take my car to the back to start the oil change. Angry woman with an eyebrow ring has been rude to not only me but many other coworkers and customers i’ve seen. Someone walked out due to her behavior. They made a 40 minute visit last an hour while being extremely impolite and unhelpful. I had a free oil change ticket however they made me pay $40 on top of it still? I had two papers for a free oil change and left one i wasn’t going to use in my car. Which the worker took from my car??? Absolutely not okay. They have no right to dig around and take what they please.

  Waited almost an hour for tire repair. Requested all tires to be set to manufacturer recommended pressure. Nothing was touched except the one tire. Very expensive.
