  Extremely unfriendly staff. took them 2 minutes to acknowledge my presence and ask for what i need. no other customer was there. Took them 20 minutes to take my car to the back to start the oil change. Angry woman with an eyebrow ring has been rude to not only me but many other coworkers and customers i’ve seen. Someone walked out due to her behavior. They made a 40 minute visit last an hour while being extremely impolite and unhelpful. I had a free oil change ticket however they made me pay $40 on top of it still? I had two papers for a free oil change and left one i wasn’t going to use in my car. Which the worker took from my car??? Absolutely not okay. They have no right to dig around and take what they please.

  Waited almost an hour for tire repair. Requested all tires to be set to manufacturer recommended pressure. Nothing was touched except the one tire. Very expensive.

  I would like to thank all the great staff at Zifko Automotive Care Center. We were traveling through Ashland and we had brake issues. I ask if it was possible to do the job right away because we are on vacation, and hope to make it to see the ice caves. The front staff were quick and friendly to find out from the mechanic if they had time to due the brake job. He talk to me for a few minutes and while I was talking to the mechanic we saw our truck heading into the shop. The staff informed me of a bad tire on the rear of the truck, after examining the tire I was agreeable that we needed a new tire. We truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this tire shop. Unfortunately we didn’t see the ice caves , but we left Zifko Automotive Care Center happy and knowing that are truck was fixed and ready for the journey home. Thank you to all the great staff.

  One of the most memorable customer service experiences that I have ever experienced. My vehicle broke down 40 miles outside of Ashland. Zifko’s sister towing company (Tomlinson’s) brought me to the shop where the staff generously brought me back to eat lunch with them. We had a wonderful conversation that lasted a few hours while they repaired my truck. I am genuinely appreciative of their hospitality and would recommend their company to anyone.
