  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Zentner’s Auto Service! They truly went above and beyond to help me with my car, and I am incredibly grateful for their honesty, patience, kindness, and willingness to work with me. My car was basically a puzzle. It was throwing a transmission code, and while it ultimately did turn out to need a new transmission, the team at Zentner’s didn’t just jump straight to, “You need a transmission.” They took the time to investigate the problem step by step and tried a couple of other things first. As a teacher, I am definitely not made of money, so I really appreciated that they took the time to explore other possibilities before recommending such a major and expensive repair. When it became clear that the transmission really was the problem, they went above and beyond to find me one that wouldn’t completely break the bank. They even gave me concessions on some of the work they had already done. That kind of compassion and understanding means more than they probably realize. And then there was the loaner car! They allowed me to use one of their vehicles for the entire time my car was in the shop, which saved me a tremendous amount of money because I didn’t have to rent a car. That was such an unexpected kindness and made an already stressful situation so much easier, especially with starting a new teaching job and getting back and forth From start to finish, I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me rather than just making money off of a difficult repair. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and, most importantly, kind. And honestly, this world needs more kindness. This teacher is incredibly grateful! ❤️ If my car ever needs work again (although let’s PLEASE hope that’s not for a while 😉), I will absolutely be heading back to Zentner’s Auto Service . If you’re looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely caring auto repair shop, I highly recommend Zentner’s. Top-notch service and even better people!!

  Best company in the Fox Valley by far. Only company that's ever given me a quote and then given me my invoice under their quote. I've brought fleet vehicles to them for about 7 years. Today I needed a HUGE Favor. We were leaving on vacation and got quoted $700. After all the work they did the invoice was $570. Absolutely the most honest company I've ever found. They treat you as a repeat customer. They earn your business. Not trying to rip you off, but just honest. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for getting my family on the road so fast. Incredibly grateful to you all. I'll recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you

  Oh my goodness if I could give them 100 I would !!! I had gotten brakes and rotors to put on my 2014 Chrysler town and country , unfortunately the place I got the van from tightened the lugnuts too tight when putting on new tires and would not help me. I called Zentners and talked to Nate and they were able to get me in today ! A little while later he calls and says well we got 5 out of 6 but its been alot of work and it was getting pricey. So eventually we said heck with it just put the brakes and rotors on when you get those pesky lugnuts off . When I tell you they went above and beyond to help me before I leave Wednesday for my trip, I am still not giving them enough credit ! They were angels sent from above today for me and I will never be able to tell them how grateful I am for their kindness and hard work !! Thank you so much for today !
