  Tuffy Auto installed performance racing brakes on my vehicle. They did an exceptional job. The people at Tuffy are professional, personable and knowledgeable. I will be bringing my vehicles to Tuffy for other work/ maintenance in the future. I trust their expertise.

  For myself, i had to get my break lines replaced. It took over a week to get my car back. Another time my husband went there and when we got the car back the muffler was disconected (wasnt like that when we brought it there) they fixed it but left a bad taste in my mouth so to say. My sister in law went there to get her catalytic converter replaced. They gave her a loaner car in the meantime till her car was done. Not even a full day the loaner is giving warnings about engine overheating and needs an oil change. Car became undrivable and had to be towed back to the shop. Apparently it had a bent head gasket and needed a whole engine replacement. Can you imagine thst kind of stress as a customer? They got a discount on their bill but holy man thats gotta be one of the worst experiences ive ever witnessed. Overall, thoroughly not impressed, i dont know why the boys are ride or die on this place. If you have older cars (2010 or older, if your car brand doesnt exist anymore thats a good indicator) dont go here they're typically not equipped to handle older models. I have been turned away for AC and transmission repair because they weren't equiped to handle it.

  Brought my older truck in for major repairs they walked me threw each and with there options helped me make the call to junk it instead of wasting my money thanks tuffy for saving me thousands!!
