  Scheduling on the app was easy. I also called to see if I would be able to come in earlier that day and I was. They got me out of there very quickly yet they did an excellent quality job. They replaced my entire windshield and recalibrated everything. Very friendly guys. My entire experience was great to know highly recommend them.

  Had a great experience with Safelite this week repairing a windshield chip on my vintage collectible sports car. My technician, Evan, was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in his work. Even reached out to shake my hand and thank me for my business when he was done. Don’t see that much from other 20-somethings. Have used Safelite in the past for full windshield replacements as well. Highly recommend them and my technician, Evan.

  Great friendly service all around, from scheduler to installer. Speedy appointment options and convenient mobile option so I didn’t need to take time off work. We’ve been to Safelite multiple times over the years and have had a good experience each time.

  First I wasn't told that the replacement windshield was not oem, then when they showed up for the original appointment the windshield they brought was crack. Was told that they would return the next morning with a new one then later received and appointment notification not for the next day but the day after that. And it was a different installer that came that day. The first installer was great at communication the second was not! And I had paid for premium service which included new wiper blades and rain repellent applied to the windshield and didn't recive either one and the windshield was streaked and dirty both inside and out. I emailed safelight and have had no response from them. They did this repair at my place of business when I wasn't present. So if you use there services I highly recommend that you don't leave them unsupervised or you will be paying for things you don't receive! And obviously they don't care about following up on complaints as no one has contacted me about this! I marked overpriced because I paid for services I didn't receive!

  Safelite was fantastic! After the recent tornado in Appleton, our car had a shattered passenger side door window. I called on Monday afternoon and Cody was at my house installing the new window on Wednesday morning. Every step of the process was smooth. I liked that they emailed a confirmation of exactly what they were doing. I also got a text and email notifying me of the window glass that was ordered (a great double check!!). Cody called about 20 minutes before he arrived. He was kind, personable and very efficient. We did cash pay and that too, what easy. Highly recommend!
