Red/immediate repair, yellow will need servicing soon and Green good to go. Pictures were also provided and pricing. I worked with Derek and Scott and they were fantastic. Every question I had was answered and their communication was above par. I highly recommend Rob’s Import Repair.

Not only were there on top of communication, but they also did a complete inspection from front to back, and top to bottom. Everything was documented along with photos. The service rep called and went over everything in the email with great detail, answered all my questions, and was very up front with what needed to be done, what could wait, and what to just keep an eye on. After fixing everything we knew about, along with a few other minor things, the total was substantially less than the other quote we received. The whole process was so easy that when my F250 needed work, I didn’t hesitate to bring it there. As with my wife’s Volvo, everything was very smooth and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. I have no problem recommending Rob’s Import Repair, and will be bringing all my vehicles there from now on.
