  The brake service appears to have been completed properly, and the staff was professional. However, I was surprised by an additional 8% fee that was not disclosed upfront, and the repair took more than 24 hours to complete, which was longer than expected for this type of service, particularly since I had made an appointment. Better communication regarding pricing and timing would have made for a much better customer experience.

  It drives like the car I bought 23 years ago I (77) own a 2003 Jaguar S Type R that has been serviced by the best mechanic I could find in Oshkosh. When the heater control module stopped working about a year ago, he suggested that I go to Rob's for the repair. They did that repair, but they also fixed a lot of other things that have not worked right for a long time. Transmission oil and filter, has been a three year search to find someone with sufficient skills to do the 60k service. The upper and lower suspension control arms were replaced two years ago but the steering control arms were not, the previous mechanic missed how degraded they were so the repair never felt right. It was not a good alignment two years ago. Rob's found the bad control arms, replaced them and did the alignment. The suspension control computer stopped working a year or two ago, locking the shocks on sport mode. Again, caught by Rob's and the active suspension has been replaced by traditional shocks. I had become very used to how my old car drove, what Rob's did is amazing. Yesterday I drove one of my favorite day trips with all manner of roads from main to very back country with the full range of pavements. After about 30 miles I started to realize what they did was bringing my old car back to life. The reason I bought my S Type R to begin with was how it drove, Jaguar's famous "grace and pace". It was Car and Driver "car of the year" for two years for a good reason. After watching and listening to my "oh wow's" and laughter yesterday, my wife insisted that I write a review. Rob's is very professional and friendly and I am a happy customer telling all my friends about them.

  A+ experience!! Staff was knowledgeable & friendly, willing to explain and ensure things are done right the first time. I have a 2018 Subaru WRX STI Limited that I bought from Subaru and Rob's Imports took care of my car better than any Subaru Dealership has. I am now a lifelong customer who can't stop recommending Rob's to anyone who needs a mechanic!

  The first thing I did was slowly drive by the service door and was immediately impressed with the organization and condition of the shop. Very professional. When I entered the building I was greeted by some very friendly employees. The area was clean and made a great impression. My conversation with the person checking me in was quick and very professional. The maintenance procedure was well briefed along with my issue with my vehicle. I left my vehicle there and went home feeling very comfortable that the work would be completed to my satisfaction. I will recommend this business with all my friends.

  I took my 2007 Hyundai Sante Fe in for oil change and fuel door inoperable. Vehicle came back with a $ 2300.00 estimate. Repairs recommended were justified and approved by me. This vehicle was going to Arizona for my granddaughter. At this time all Repairs received are good. The reason for this post is there was one tire that the lugs weren't tightened...My girls made it barely past Oshkosh and the noise from the front got louder and wasn't driving right. They pulled into a service center to have it checked out and found all 5 luggage nuts loose....I called the shop and informed them. Rob called me back and when I explained the issue he told me "something fishy going on here" i felt insulted since he knew me well and I had worked for him prior. After talking and explaining the situation he agreed to a monetary reimbursement for what happen. Didn't here back for a week..Went to see him and he was going to give me a check but the last minute he said we're done here please leave!! Felt very insulted as he escorted me out and not welcome back....I spent alot to get my girls home and he had no remorse for his team dropping the ball and putting them in harms way...His customer satisfaction needs alot of help...Please anyone reading this know that I tried to reason with him unsuccessfully and I know they do good work but if there's a problem don't count on Rob to take care of you. Thanks for reading this,just trying to help.
