  Matt at the front desk was super helpful on my trip. He ensured that my pre booked Mirage was ready and waiting for me and my husband upon arrival. Always a smooth experience with enterprise!

  Reserved a 4 door luxury sedan MONTHS in advance. Arrived at proper pick up time and counter agent gave me a 2 door sedan. When I brought it to his attention after coming back in to inform him that my family didn't fit and that I reserved a 4 door, I was told " we'll you got a BMW!". When i protested the manager came over and proceeded to tell me that's all they had and it was too bad. I explained to him that was unacceptable and without speaking to me, the manager began changing my vehicle reservation. After several minutes I finally asked what was happening and then the manager slapped another key on the counter and stated angrily "you're getting an SUV at no additional cost!" Like I should be grateful or something...And then he left the very disturbed counter agent to complete the transaction. I thanked the counter agent then loaded up my 87 year old Mother, my wife, and my special needs adult son and headed out quite disturbed. The car was great, drop off easy, got my receipt quickly via email and they price was correct. Too bad the manager needs some additional customer service training. I have always used Enterprise both personally and for my employees and have never had an experience like this. I will be reconsidering my next rental. Joe Schultz

  They deserve zero stars. I literally waited over an hour as I couldn’t check in with app. Got everything situated at counter. Needed manager clearance I guess. Manager named Perly denied all my cards. I’ve used the same credit card for over 20+ rentals at the same airport as it’s my hometown. For the past 5 years. You couldn’t pay me to ever use enterprise rentals ever again. I would recommend any other rental company than this one. No problem at Hertz!!

  I rent exclusively from Enterprise, I got burned by other rental agencies in the past. Enterprise is always easy to deal with and they have been very helpful when I had an issue in the past. The cars are always clean and have little miles on them. The check-in process makes it very quick to pick up a car at busy airports, just hop in and go.

  This is my first time renting with Enterprise. The check-in process was very easy. When we walked outside to our vehicle I noticed immediately there was damage to the right front bumper, it had been hit. I went back in to report the damage and to make sure it was noted that this car had been involved in an accident and it was documented and that I would not be held accountable for the damage. The person at the counter did document damage to the right front fender but then told me it was my responsibility to take pictures of the damage and email them to an address I had been given. This is ridiculous. This was for the Oshkosh Air show and there were no other vehicles available so I was forced to take this one or nothing. It took a lot of time out of my vacation to take pictures and send an email documenting the damage. We are back home now but I still am nervous that somehow the damage is going to get blamed on me. This was my first and last time renting from Enterprise just because of their policy that the customer has to take pictures and email the company with the damage they find. I never heard back from the email, no response that they had received it and noted the damage. Overall just a very poor process for the customer. I don't think it's the customer's responsibility to have to do this. The representative from Enterprise should have come out and documented the damage. It shouldn't be on the customer who is there on vacation. On a side note, the car was not clean inside or out. This was at the Appleton Wisconsin airport location and I think they were overwhelmed by all the people coming in for the Oshkosh Air show renting cars and did not have time to properly clean or turn them over.
