  Not only great rate after paying out of pocket, great customer service, and helped me through with a rental due to the place fixing it to take over two and a half months to find a bumper😶!

  College ave branch is horrible for customer service. I will never go back to enterprise because of this. When you call the customer service number they can do nothing to help you besides tell you they will have a regional manager contact you then they never do. So if you walk in and something about your pick is is different at all. Go somewhere else. Otherwise you’re SOL. It’s been over a week since I’ve had 3 people tell me a regional manager will contact me within 24 hrs and non of them have.

  Awesome experience with Enterprise! My family needed to rent an SUV for a week and a half and made a reservation online. Check in was a breeze! I wish I could remember the man's name who checked us in, but he was great! Very professional, welcoming and friendly. Our rental was a brand new Jeep Compass which had the perfect space for our family and our needs. Unlimited miles was a bonus! Bringing it back and checking back in was fast, too. Very reasonable costs and overall a positive experience. We will be back to this location and company if a rental need arises again. Thank you so much for making this process effortless, efficient and hassle-free!

  Our rental process was extremely smooth and efficient. The rental vehicle was brought to us and picked up when we no longer needed it. We received a new car that was in mint condition!! From start to finish this was an absolute pleasant experience!!! We were very happy with the service provided and would without a doubt use Enterprise again in the future!! Thank you Enterprise for such wonderful service!!!
