  Based on my boyfriend's experience, I would not recommend this company. He was charged $464.20 for just two days of towing and storage, faced poor communication and inaccurate claims, and the situation became so difficult that police had to be involved. The lack of professionalism and cash-only payment policy made an already stressful situation even worse. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

  Not recommended. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the towing process felt unfair and exploitative. They are in the business of padding fees and ripping people off.

  This towing company represents one of the most disappointing service experiences I have encountered in North America. The manner in which they operate feels predatory, taking advantage of vulnerable situations and turning basic vehicle recovery into an opportunity for excessive charges and unnecessary conflict. The interaction I had with them was marked by a lack of respect, poor communication, and an aggressive posture that made resolution difficult rather than simple. Instead of acting professionally, they escalated tension and treated the situation as though the customer had no rights or voice. I was charged $464.20 for just two days of storage and towing, an amount that feels grossly disproportionate to what is reasonable in this kind of service. In my view, a fair range would have been closer to $250 based on standard expectations. The difference is not minor, it reflects what feels like systematic overcharging rather than justified fees. At one point, they claimed that I said the vehicle did not belong to me and that it belonged to my roommate, insisting that I had made that statement directly to them. However, after reviewing the camera footage, it became clear that these claims were not accurate and did not reflect what was actually said or done. This raised serious concerns about the reliability of the information they were using to justify their actions. The situation escalated to the point where police had to be involved due to the way the matter was being handled and the conduct that unfolded during the dispute. An additional concern was their payment policy, as they do not accept debit or credit cards and only accept cash. This lack of standard payment options felt outdated and unreasonable for a modern business handling customer vehicles and fees. What makes this experience more troubling is not only the cost, but the approach. Instead of clarification and accountability, there was resistance, misrepresentation, and an unwillingness to acknowledge error until evidence forced the truth to the surface. That was not just a misunderstanding. It was a breakdown in basic professionalism and fairness. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even in frustration or anger toward another person, because the experience lacked the minimum standard of respect, transparency, and integrity that any service provider should uphold.
