- SSSherry StetsonAug 27, 20265.0I needed an alternator and battery replaced. Captain’s Auto team were able to come and tow my car to the shop in the morning and repairs were done by mid afternoon. The communication was great and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

I wanted it welded on, I told them 3 different times weld it on did the complete opposite what I told them they clamp it on together instead of welding it on. Had me waiting 4 hrs for a bad job they did and charged me $559 for it.

- JHJustin HelselAug 21, 20265.0Chad was great. I can't say enough about how helpful he was. He took my truck for a test drive with me and allowed me to explain what I was noticing. And they also fix a leak in my tire that 3 "reputable" place said they fixed and charged me. I highly recommend them! It's nice to finally find a place that wants to help you. They also fixed my wife's car a week earlier. She was also very happy with her experience with them.

I called a few minutes to close and got the update they weren’t educated enough to know what was wrong that it was either a wire or the motor. I requested to pick up the vehicle and keys to which I was denied due to them being “closed.” They refused me the keys to my vehicle until next morning. The inspection was also not free and that was not mentioned to me until after it was already done to my vehicle. This alongside the undereducated techs and the awful attitudes of them. Wouldn’t take my car here to get a scratch buffed out. Absolutely do not recommend
