- AGAnita Golz2 days ago5.0I started with the crew at Captain's a little over a year ago and have been very happy with the service and follow up they have given me. Recently they even came to my house to confirm my car was safe to drive before I brought it in for repairs. Then they continued to follow up with some other issues that have been successfully resolved. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a smaller car shop that cares about their clients and not just getting the job done!

They diagnosed my vehicle quickly and were able to pinpoint the issue right away, which I really appreciated. They replaced the front struts/shocks and stabilizer bar links, and my car is driving so much smoother now—no more noise or issues. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Pricing was fair for the amount of work done, and the turnaround time was quick. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned it. I’ll be coming back for future work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto service.
