I went to this location to get a diagnostic report on my car and was greeted by a lady when I entered the store. Her back was turned to me the whole time, but she said she would be right with me. I said Ok and proceeded to wait. About 5 seconds later, I get scolded for standing behind her and not in her viewing. I was waiting for her attention, so I figured she'd just turn around when she was ready. Eventually she was ready to help me, and I told her I was needing a diagnostic report on my car. She proceeds to hand me the reader, and I gave her a very confused look. She said I can do it myself. I'm sorry, what? I was in the middle of telling her I have no idea how to use this thing when she interrupted my sentence and said in a very stern tone, "Well I'm telling you!" I probably had the most dumbfounded look on my face. This is not something I'm familiar at all with using and I had to go off of the instruction of, "Just plug it into your cars port and when it says Done, bring it back to me. Oh, and make sure your car is on!" The whole time I'm thinking to myself if I knew anything about cars, I wouldn't even be here... Couldn't even read the report she gave me because she didn't know either. Also, couldn't tell me if she had any parts that I could buy to solve the problem. Would have loved to work with someone more helpful and friendly.

Closed at 4pm on a Friday even though their own site says they are open. Even have a flashing sign in the window that says open.

I purchased a car battery for pickup. Upon arrival, I asked if someone would be able to install the battery. A young lady came out to my Terrain with me and tried her best to get the cover off the old battery, but to no avail. She said she could get a screwdriver and try, but it may run the risk of damaging fuses hiding underneath. She then asked if I would be interested in taking it to a place like Tires Plus because "they work with us on these things." I said okay since my husband goes to TP for some jobs, and I would trust them.
Turned out Tires Plus would not do the job so I was then directed to Beto's (formerly Mr. Tire). I drove the 3 miles to that joint, the guy changed out the battery for me, and proceeded to charge me...wasn't expecting that one. One of the whole points of going to AZ was that they would switch out my battery at no charge.
Back I went to AZ and explained my situation to the guy working. No sympathy. If I was going to be charged by taking my battery someplace else to have it changed, I would have gone that route in the first place.

Ordered online and picked up items in store. Fast and easy process. Friendly sales staff. Had to return for a different filter wrench. Couldn't match online but sales rep Stephanie fixed me right up in store.
