  Nice new vehicle with low mileage. Worked very good for our short trip. Definitely plan on using Alamo again. Was comfortable with exceptable fuel economy.

  The people working at the rental counter in Appleton were some of the nicest that we have experienced in any airport. I also appreciate that we were given an email address and until 10am the next day to notify them of any dings or dents in the car. It was mid-night and snowing when we arrived so we did not have a full view of the car. There was (what we felt) a significant door ding on the drivers door but it was quick and easy to email a picture of it and get on with our vacation. I have had terrible experiences with rental agencies in the past trying to contact them via phone to get an email address and then forward them a picture of a dent.

  Great in Appleton but not so great when I wanted to extend for 4 days and return on South west instead of cut rate Alligiant, will never bother with Alligiant again would rather charter private and gather 3 or 4 couples to split the cost, no hassles no waiting in lines it is well worth the money unless you are a used car salesman from Green Bay 👍😎👍😎
